Lofty Grace Home was founded as an extension of Grace Foundational Ministries, born from a deep desire to provide practical care, compassion, and structured support to people in vulnerable stages of life. What began as a small ministry outreach to the needy gradually grew into a fully established care system—serving individuals recovering from addiction, older adults, and people with disabilities.
Over the years, the vision expanded from simple accommodation support
to a full Assisted Living Facility and Sober Living Program, offering 24/7 care, emotional guidance, spiritual grounding, and a safe community where residents can rebuild their lives with dignity.
